The answer is intensive therapy!
Lawyer: "So everyone agrees that damages to you and all those involved has been so
extensive that, among other things, it has also created a need for extensive psychological
therapy?"
All those involved: Yes.
Defendant: "Unfair! You, AND ALL THOSE INVOLVED, were "crazy" before all this occurred!"
Me.....and all those involved:
"WHAT ever!
If so, (and it is not!), all the actions of the defendant has made me (and all those involved)
"condition" worse.
Therefore, I think I should ask for even more in punitive damages for my (and all those
involved) pain and suffering!
