I am still cleaning up. I have archived the previous notes (The Hallelujah Check, The Matrix)
with some corrections in red.
Okay. Lent is over. I have a slight confession to make and I absolutely DARE anyone to
make a "federal case" out of it. It will be discrimination too because there is NO way you can
have all the facts.
Yes, I do have a slight problems with my eyes. First because THIS should be under VIDEO
and NOT Audio. (smile.)
But let us remember those problems can be from numerous factors. Computer. Strain.
Stress. Eyeglass prescription. Tricks and Jokesters. (smile) Viruses (!!!!) And etc.
But once upon a time in my life I have been diagnosed with a very, very, very small pituitary
tumor. I had had some recent surgery and "we" all just ignored it. I have been diagnosed
with a lot of things there were untrue. One was borderline intelligence. That was the funniest
of all! My insurance company refused to pay the claim! I found out WHY when I read the
medical notes. Amazing. I forgive but it is amazing some of the wild claims that are made
sometimes. If you want to snoop around and believe every YOU read, that will be YOUR
problem, too!!
But maybe their are some very, very, very small problems with the master gland that may
"come and go" as endocrine problems can. It was not cancer. It was just a tumor.
Will that "confession" affect my ability to get GOOD insurance? I can definitely get LEGAL
advice but I do NOT think so because, once again, I said, "MAYBE" because the problem
was discovered after LOTS of other problem and after some surgery. It could have been
related to that. This is NOT a "Federal case"!!!!
AND as you can see, I don't have the best eyesight in the world but I am not blind. Yes, I
am a visionary but I ain't crazy either. (smile) I may have problems but I ain't lazy; I expect to
be allowed to do things AND I have and DO accomplish things because I am not
incompetent either. I never have been and do NOT make it appear that I am! Yes, I have
had some extremely slowly developing episodes with blindness (of various kinds), though.
This is something that EVERYONE knows about and have been very kind about
accommodating my needs. "That is just Hilda." I also must say that some people ignore my
request for visual accommodation completely, though. However, those problems has not
impeded my ability to travel and move (great distances) freely, though. I have driven and
commuted THOUSANDS of miles. If I get tired or have problems I am VERY able to pull off to
the side of the road. I am a safe driver! SO LET ME HAVE AND KEEP MY KEYS!
EVERYONE has rights! Don't a 100 % blind person have rights? And I DO know that MOST
blind people are able to type even if they don't, too. They have rights! Well, so should I.
Don't mess with me.
So now: thar you know. Maybe I can stop being so defensive. I also thought I had better tell
it because some of YOU maybe "chomping at the bit" to tell it yourselves and could not
POSSIBLY know all the facts! Responding to such actions in the future will be a rare one for
me, though. I won't even be tempted to do so.
Thank you all for your kindness and patience because I would not have revealed the above
and the "possibility" that OTHERS suspect.

I was going to write a short note about THAT because my real goal was to write this about a
visual.
Michael Jackson.
Am I mistaken about those visuals?
I can understand why
his hair changed
why his skin complexion changed
why his chin changed
why his nose changed
but I don't understand why his teeth changed.
People have their preferences
but I don't understand why his teeth changed from straight teeth
to what some would say was more like "alligator" teeth. Usually it is the other way around.

The video spotlight is on a movie that I think won an Academy Award.
"Training Day" starring Denzel Washington. Gosh. There is a lot of profanity in the movie
and normally I don't like to HEAR gratuitous profanity in movies (even though I slip up once
every in a blue moon) but I absolutely LOVE this movie!
specific is really general and "political". So that means it order to POSSIBLY get a real

message for ourselves, we need to look at the movie more rationally. That would be
"generally" and not necessarily "specifically".

What could be one the general message of the movie? I guess there could be many
perspectives. However, I would think...today....that the main lesson is about education.
ONE possible lesson it COULD be teaching some....DESPITE the ending....and some of the
twisted portrayal is:
"It is okay to get an education but just remember, don't try to use it to buck the system
because you can NOT win. NO one can. So BLESS and do not CURSE the chains that bind
you because the "collective" (guess how THAT is signified) will "get" you! So don't take a
gamble because you will lose."
You may say it is such a negative, negative message, even though the "system" may not be
working for some. Okay. Say what you want.
However, PROVE that ANY one is PURPOSELY educated to buck the system (not that they
should) and you will have a believer. Maybe they may get other lessons from other areas of
their lives but pupils are taught to work WITHIN the system, to respect the system, to uphold
the system; to "worship" the system. They will give you ALL sorts of excuses why they teach
that way and may honestly believe them. But pupils with ANY other kind of attitudes are
thrust deeper, deeper and deeper into the system in order to train them. If they fail, they are
"argumentative" and etc. Admit it because it is true.
Success in the system COULD be failure and failure COULD be success!
Anything else BUT the above from the educational system is a revolution. I am NOT
advocating a revolution despite the ABOVE comments, though. Conformity does offer a
certain amount of order and order can be comforting for woman who is almost 100 years old.
We are not in the midst of a revolution anyway. Not even close.
You would think that education should be FREE if it would be primarily a function OF the
system but it isn't. Or that education should be a RIGHT and NOT a privilege. But is it?
Really? Is a "GOOD" education a RIGHT? Yet? The answer, which many kids in the inner
cities will tell you DESPITE what is said about them, is NO!
Could it be that if some segments of our population are denied the education they NEED,
there will also be a rationale in denying them jobs they deserve? "Well, THIS person is more
educated than you!" Yeah, right. Sure. Yes. It may start with the child in the inner city,
probably the little BLACK male, but, trust me: it probably will end with some one in the middle
class! Because greed has NO boundaries! And, then, bam! Those jobs are sent overseas to
a workforce that are educated even less (or, maybe even more) but, DEFINITELY will be paid
MUCH less!
Puh-leze, I do NOT want to hear ANY thing about how Obama "made" it, either. Yes, there is
hope but Martin Luther King, Jr's dream was that we would all make it to the mountaintop
TOGETHER!!! NOT some lone soul sitting up there by himself!
Education is NOT about proving how SMART you are either! Which translates in proving how
much you know about the system. That was the major complaint about the IQ tests.
Education is all about taking the person and WHATEVER difficulties they have and making
SURE they learn! It is a benefit to our ENTIRE nation if we not only MOTIVATE but PROVIDE
an education to all those who wishes to learn!
Motivating the student is a important part of that process. Why do SO many students
absolutely HATE school? The motivation is missing! Motivating is NOT NECESSARILY
badmouthing their family, their culture AND their home life every single step of the way for
the failures in the system itself, REGARDLESS of what the home life is like.
How in the world are you going to EVER teach the student to respect and/or REPAIR the
system if you rip apart their primary system........the home? It can NOT be done. If educators
teach ANY kind disrespect for ANY parent or family member, they jeopardize their own
position IF not their lives! I say "respect" in the interest of keeping order IN the system in
order to get to the point of being an asset TO the system if necessary!
Hey. Maybe a little prayer wouldn't hurt either!
However, say anything negative about the education system ANY where and there SEEMS to
be a quick and sometimes a very harmful response. I am glad I don't have to worry about the
education system and my kids aaaaaaaaannnnny more! In many ways, it has been an
absolutely horrid experience and not necessarily by the conduct of the educators. It SEEMS
to be ingrained in the system itself.
I won't write much because I was determined I would not write much about education on this
site.
I had promised to provide solutions. I don't have any expect this one: Like any situation, one
can't find answers until one has capacity and the honesty to determine what the real
problems are.
So there you have it. Look beyond the drugs, the inner city, the corruption, your own biases
about people who may work just as hard or even harder than you do and TRY to look at
something that you may see in your OWN lives if you try regarding "training".
Should one NOT strive to get an education? Of COURSE not! Just remember that the one
you pay for MAY not be ALL that you really NEED or want. It's called a formal education. We
can learn from ALL areas of life. Some we may want. Some we may need and not want. And
some we may not need NOR want but it is "given" to us as a "gift" ANY way..."boy...we are
REALLY going to teach YOU a lesson and fer FREE!"

Why is that even as computer technology has grown more sophisticated and less expensive,
all the cartoons (and not necessarily the animation) has grown increasingly LESS
sophisticated and varied? Lack of funds, lack of interest or both?

Answer: Because when the expensive political messages of the media are geographically
targeted toward those who are of voting age, complex "cartoon" images can be seen as a
waste of precious economic resources even though those younger can buy non-political
products.
I was always told that one should avoid discussing the subject of politics AND religion. But
there seem to be no problem discussing politics in our society even though most of those
political messages seem disguised sometimes. So, of course, the theory that the media is
now just a tool of politics is totally debatable. Well, any serious journalist can test my
theory: "Get saved". Or "get religion". Throw in a message why Hinduism can be better than
Protestantism. According to the laws of our founding father, no "respectable" law abiding
politician can use any campaign funds to support ANY religion UNLESS they can prove that
"religion is a "threat" to the national security. (Of course, there are other agencies that
assist them.) And any religious organization who helps them lose their non-profit tax exempt
status. This is the reason many such organization divide and split, so they can legally
participate in the political discussions. No crime. Starting to get it......now? And understand
where all the "news" is REALLY coming from? Sometimes? Sad, huh? NO one should
"control" the media. NO one. They should have checks and balances like the other
institutions that undergrad our democracy.
I was wondering about this because I was missing all the cartoons. And I cried, "WHY?"
So now, I'm saved...more than ever. REALLY religious! What about you? Any message "in
context" should include your particular religious message. Even paganism is a religion. Save
all the religion you can and it will be difficult, but not impossible, for you to be used in some
kind of political maneuver against your wishes.....UNLESS accused as a terrorist and/or
extremist. Are you listening "serious" journalist?
